How do I contact Budding Business Bookkeeping?

You can head over to the Contact Us page to reach out. From there, you’ll be able to choose the option that works best for you.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (ET). I’m available by appointment during those hours.

What services do you offer?

You can explore the Services page for a full breakdown of how Budding Business Bookkeeping adapts to your goals, whether you're refining your foundation or ready to run with a more structured support system.

Do you offer consultations in-person or online?

Consultations are available by phone, video call, or in-person (for local clients in the Triangle Area of North Carolina), Monday through Friday, by appointment.

Are consultations free?

Yes! Your first consultation is always free, and designed to help you feel out if we’re the right fit.

What areas do you serve?

I’m based in the Triangle Area of NC and serve clients up and down the East Coast, remotely.

What software do you use?

I’m a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and primarily use QuickBooks Online. For more complex structures, I’m open to working with your existing accounting software if it better suits your business.

What size businesses do you work with?

I work with solopreneurs, micro-businesses, and small-to-mid-sized businesses (SMBs), often service-based or operationally complex. Many of my clients are generating anywhere from early six figures to $5M+ in annual revenue and are navigating seasons of growth, refinement, or transition.

How soon can I schedule a consultation?

After you fill out the Contact Form, I’ll respond within one business day to confirm availability and next steps.

Do I still need a CPA if I’m working with you?

Yes, but likely for far fewer tasks. I handle the bookkeeping and financial insights, while your CPA focuses on tax strategy and filing. Many clients find that having clean, well-maintained books reduces the cost and stress of tax season significantly.
